What This Is
This is a private, yearlong experience designed for one person—guided through the seasons with four personalized Forest Bathing sessions across the year.
What’s Included
4 seasonal Forest Bathing walks (1 per quarter), held in quiet, natural spaces in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
Each session is approx. 2.5 hours, with space for deep arrival and slow integration
A personal pre-walk check-in and post-walk reflection (optional, via voice note or email)
Curated seasonal tea + grounding closing ritual
Invitations designed just for you, based on your energy and what’s alive in the moment
Flexible scheduling across the calendar year

About Your Guide
Deborah Ackrich is a certified Nature & Forest Bathing Practitioner through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). As a longtime resident in the Santa Monica Mountains, she deeply values the importance of a healthy relationship with nature, known as “the more-than-human world.”
Deb’s passion is to share the healing practice of Forest Bathing, helping people reconnect with nature’s rhythms, experience wholeness, and recognize the interconnectedness that calls us to care for our Earth and all its beings.
